Der Liebe wegen ist Hayley aus GB nach Bochum gezogen. Und weil wir nicht an Zufälle glauben sind wir uns sicher: Auch wegen uns. Und für dich. Denn die Wärme und Geborgenheit die du in ihren Klassen erfährst ist ein ganz besonderes Geschenk. Hayley unterrichtet auf Deutsch und auf Englisch und bleibt uns zum Glück auch nach ihrem Umzug zurück nach GB in den Live-Streams erhalten.

We are taught from our first school days to look externally for answers, for truth and for direction in our lives. We look to teachers, parents, friends and “experts” to know how to live and what to think. I struggled for many years wanting to find my purpose and my path in books and in philosophies.
I discovered thankfully that Yoga, however, is the path inside, to your inner voice and inner knowing. Through Yoga, we can connect with deep, inner wisdom that tells us we are exactly where we are supposed to be.
